This shop is Volvos only, and the techs know this car inside and out, it's eccentricities and all. If you live on or near the North Shore, these guys are the best. Particularly if you have an older Volvo, as many of us do. These guys can keep it running for hundred of thousands of miles."

"I've driven exclusively Volvos for the last 12 years for 2 reasons: 1) they are the safest cars on the road, 2) I trust HWM. They did pre-purchase inspections on both of my Volvo Certified Pre-Owned cars - and found a problem on the second one that the dealer had to fix - it slipped past the Pre-Owned Certification inspection, but not past HWM. I have called from the road many times with a funny sound, or non-start, or other goofy thing and 9 times out of 10 they've been able to talk me through the fix right then. I wouldn't go anywhere else."
